Report collection of the "the Belt and Road" Youth Innovation Practice Forum

The Youth Innovation Practice Forum is a sharing and exchange platform specifically designed for young talents in the fields of pig production and research. The report aims to select outstanding pig production and research fields, promote two-way communication between production and research fields, promote practical progress in the pig industry, and continuously innovate in scientific research fields. Promote the spirit of "seeking truth and taking action", and guide young practitioners in the direction of striving for progress.

Young experts and scholars from upstream and downstream enterprises and research institutes in the pig industry chain.

Report content:

Conducting practical production research around the pain points and difficulties in pig production can bring economic benefits to the pig industry.

The content includes but is not limited to:

① Nutritional cost optimization

② Reproductive level improvement technology

③ Research on Disease Prevention and Control Decision Making

④ Control of new and recurrent infectious diseases

⑤ Practice of Fecal Treatment

⑥ Environmental control plan for pigsty

⑦ Practice of reducing production costs

⑧ Strategies for Low Antibiotic Use

⑨ Public health, etc

Selection criteria:

The selection committee will select 5 production application reports and 5 production research reports from the report application.

The standards include:

1. The purpose of the research question is clear and significant;

2. The scientificity and effectiveness of research methods;

3. The reliability and industrial application value of the research results.

Report format:

The winners will make oral reports at the "the Belt and Road" Youth Innovation Practice Forum, each 15 minute report in Chinese.

Selection method:

Candidates are requested to provide a summary of their report, a PowerPoint presentation, and a resume in both Chinese and English before July 1th.

The selected reporter will register for the the Belt and Road International Pig Industry Conference free of charge.

The abstract and courseware include:

Title, background, research purpose, materials and methods, results and analysis, as well as conclusions and applications. The report abstract is limited to one page of A4 paper and should be written in both Chinese and English.

Wall newspaper collection

Poster Presentation

The conference provided an opportunity for representatives from academia and industry to showcase their wallpapers, which included topics related to the pig industry.

Welcome research institutes, universities, industry associations, and enterprises and institutions to actively participate in the display of wall posters.

We particularly encourage students to participate in poster displays and establish student poster awards. The judges will select the first, second and third prizes, issue certificates and cash awards, and can register for the the Belt and Road International Pig Industry Conference free of charge.

Wallpaper submitter:

All registered participants are eligible to submit wall posters, and all selected non student wall poster presenters are required to register for the conference.

The conference particularly encourages students from research institutes and higher education institutions to participate in the poster display (students who submit the poster and are selected will register for the conference free of charge).

Content and Display Time:

The content of the poster is consistent with the conference theme.

The wall poster will be displayed throughout the entire conference.

Wallpaper format:

The recommended size for each poster is 1.2 meters high and 0.9 meters wide.

Please submit the prepared poster in image or PDF format to the organizing committee of the conference
